About the Client
Shanghai Speech Therapy is a health consulting practice that provides speech and language therapy to children of all ages. They believe that every child has been given a voice, some just need help knowing how to use it best.
BUILDING ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The partnership with Shanghai Speech Therapy (SST) began with the owner, Angela Gong’s desire to move the business from a solo freelance model to an organizational team structure. We worked with Angela to plan her business, develop a management function, streamline and integrate processes, and address human resource gaps. Throughout this transition, we provided business coaching to aid in the process.
BRANDING THAT EMBODIES AN ETHOS
Once the core business operations were established, we moved to design a brand that would articulate the ethos of SST’s expertise. Given SST’s environment and competitive landscape, it was critical that the brand represent the personality of SST while being clear and professional.
A VISUAL PRESENCE IN THE COMMUNITY
Though SST has been credibly operating since 2015, it did not have a formal visual identity. Having developed a strong brand, we were now able to adapt it into various communication channels. These communication pieces are now a recognizable identity in their community, representing the passion and impact that SST’s services bring to their clients.
