Originally from Canada, Clinton’s background is in business economics and finance. His career began in Toronto in the area of supply chain before he moved to China and took on a role in offshore manufacturing consulting.
In navigating the offshore manufacturing industry from the ground up, he gained a deep understanding of the language, culture, and what it takes to maintain strong cross-cultural business relationships, especially those between the East and West. It is with effective international communication skills and team management that he later became the General Manager of the company.
Today, Clinton leverages his diverse field experience to oversee finances and codify operations at Astera Asia. He naturally gravitates towards identifying and analyzing problems in order to formulate appropriate strategies that lead to efficient solutions.
As a counterpoint, Clinton engages in creative endeavors through film media and photography.
